With immediate effect, the Munich-based B2B Media Group and Berlin-based Aumago are joining forces.
The merger creates one of Europe’s largest B2B database ecosystems, with a total of over 70 million Business Decision Makers in over 80 B2B branches accross more than 550 B2B specialist portals.
Both companies will at present continue to operate as usual. Together they now offer direct customers from almost all B2B sectors and media agencies Leads and Content Distribution in addition to Data Driven Display Advertising, Account Based Marketing and Native Advertising. Publishers and Organisers benefit from extended opportunities to identify and address their respective target groups. Through integration into the B2B ecosystem, which is exceptional in Europe, they can have their environments marketed programmatically in addition to their data.
